This complete hazard observation plan costs only $1,395 per year plus a one-time $250 setup. This completely internet based program requires no installation or setup. Once your corporate account is created, your safety personnel can start creating their user accounts and go to work. In addition, if your company is accustomed to looking at safety trends in a way that we haven’t yet thought of, we would be happy to build a custom report for you to meet your corporate needs. This rate covers your first 3,000 entries into our database; other rates apply if additional space is needed.
